There are thousands (if not more) who hate me because of my nationality, skin color, who my parents were, that I have a good job and other reason.

Guess what, it does no bother me half as much as it bothers those who hate me. They form plots, carry out campains of terror, kill innocents and generaly show the world how they can corrupt their own beliefs to destory me and what I represent.

They occasionally succeed in hurting part of my "family", but the reprecussions far outweigh the small successes they have had.

And, if they somehow get me personally, then my neighbor still has almost the same life I do.

I continue my life without letting their hatred affect me, and generally have a happy life. Their lives are filled with dispair simply becuase I, and others like me exist.

Who is the worse off?

(Is that complete enough, I could go on.)

The Hater: Why? Because the hater is the one who walks around with all the hostility, anger and frusteration and the hated simply goes on with their life and doesnt feel the reprecussions of the haters feelings within themselves. Hating someone takes away from a happy content spirit, while being hated doesnt. Being hated mostly hurts when the hater is being vendictive. Ultimately, hating someone is not an issue between you and the hated, its an issue between you and God.

The hater....it takes way too much energy to hate someone. After all, you have to have SOME emotion present in order to hate someone. So, it is nothing more than a defensive emotion to help deal with what's really bothering you. If you are hated, you can usually live with it.

The hater, for sure! This person holds most of the stress and anger that brought on the situation. The hated usually doesn't care and moves on with their life.
This is why I ALWAYS choose my battles wisely! It just brings on more stress that I don't need.

The hater because they keep themselves locked in that mental prison while the hated goes on their way..and the hater is definitely going to reap the hate they have sown into.

The hater. It keeps you awake at night, never let's you have any real peace. Keeps you in a foul mood. Take a deep breath cough up the hate, put it in your hand and blow it away. You'll feel so much better.

the hater, they are dealing with unresolved issues that the hated probably isn't even aware of. The hater probably thinks about it a lot, it adds stress, causes ulcers, and affects other relationships.
