Peruvian people are Latino, yes, but all Latinos are not necessarily Peruvian.

Yes, Peruvians are also Latinos. I don't know any good websites for Peru, sorry. Some Latinos only hang around with other Latinos, some hang around only with non-Latinos, and others like myself really don't care (I look more at the personality of the person and not their ethnic background). Yes, some Latinos like Italians....I for one do (my boyfriend is Italian).

Your grammar in the last sentence didnt make sense at all. Not all latinos come from peru lol. Yes the people from peru are latino, but all people from latin america are latino (well if their female their latina). Just like not all asians are from China.

When you say "latinos come from Peru" you mean from where came the first people who inhabited America???? because if I understood right then you are wrong latin people is a mix of races from Spanish, Portuguese, etc with Native Americans from the south & center of America and Mexico.
Anyway I don't know from where these people came from...
Now about your last question Latins and Native Americans can date the person they want does not matter if the person if from Italy, USA, China, etc.
