If so, what should I write in it?

You should write in it something like:
Dear Julie: Please get well soon. I am your friend and care about you. When you are feeling stronger, let's go to lunch like friends do. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you. Love, Mary (You don't need to use "love")

Something about how despite how her abortion is evidence to the contrary, she's a strong person, did the responsibile thing, is certainly not irresponsible and is definitely not going to hell (I think it's funny how people say their prayers are with women who just had an abortion because they'll definitely need them). After all, it's not like she won't be insecure about this sort of thing for a reason or anything.

That's what they *want* anyway. What they deserve is a different matter. I'd say a card that when they open it up it spills anthrax powder all over them and aborts *them* would be more fitting.

[ I see babayaga is going to be wondering why she got an "unfair" abuse violation again.. ]

Just maybe a letter or something. Let her know, whether you agree with her or not, that you are there for her. I personally disagree with abortion. I see that it is murder. But if you do see it the same was I do, just make sure you let her know that you love her. People do things that other people disagree with. But you seem like you're trying to go about it the right way.

There actually are greeting/get well cards for those people, another user posted a question about it. I don't know why so many people are offended by your question. After all there is nothing wrong with abortion whatsoever and it is just another type of legitimate procedure right? ~rolls eyes~

No, but I will take a box of Godiva truffles after I get my tubal ligation, thank you. I prefer the dark ones, by the way.

Perhaps a sympathy or just a general "I care" card would be more appropriate than a get well card.
