In school we are doing a play. In the play I'm a witch and i have to wear a wig. I don't want to wear a wig (the wig has been worn by other kids) I'm scared the wig has lice or bugs in it. I want to tell the Drama teacher i don't wanna wear it But she is very strict and would yell at me for complaining. How can I tell my teacher this with out her yelling at me or telling me that I'm complaining?

as stated previously, you can ask if it has been washed...then ask if you can take it home...if she won't let you do that...you can purchase one of those lice killing sprays at a drug store for about 12 bucks...bring it in and spray it all over the wig...

Have your parent write a note, or ask if you can buy a new wig yourself. Don't worry, I'm sure the drama teacher wouldn't mind if you bought a new wig, as long as the wig you buy looks similar, I don't think there will be a problem.

You could come up with a excuse not to wear the wig. Or, you could ask if you can buy a similiar wig that no one has worn. Or, you can ask to wash the wig ( there is a way to do that).

Ask her if you can bring the wig home to shampoo it. Otherwise, have your parent talk to her about it. If your parent talks to the teacher instead of you, then she may know that this issue is really bothering or you can say that ,"my mom wants me to bring this home to wash it"..

i would just wash the wig so if it did have lice or bugs in it, it wouldn't anymore cuz you washed it! you wouldn't even have to tell ur drama teacher!

wear a hat or shower cap before you put on the wig
or just ask your teacher
i don't think she will yell at you b/c this is a health issue kind of thing
just tell your principal if she yells at you.
