I am presuming you have been given custody of the infant and are living alone with the infant. I can't speak for every where but in most States in the US you would not have to have a two bedroom apartment for an infant. I am sure you will be contacted shortly by the agency that oversees children when they go through the court system and they would be the people to ask.

by law, no.
some apartment complexes do have limit on occupancy though, like only one person can live in a studio for example. Normally this does not apply to a spouse or child, if you have a baby you should not be required to move.

no, but if you have two kids of a different sex, they aren't allowed to share a room after 6 or 7 yrs of age.

if you have a son, though, it might have to change when he gets a little older.
