Ooooh, it's so cute and cuddly right now. Yeah, wait till cub jr. weighs in at a bazillion pounds and tries to eat the zoo keeper's heads! :( At first they suggested that the cub be killed because it's wild. The poor thing didn't have a mom or a dad so they decided to adopt it. It's not like a regular bear. It's a "Polar Bear." They're mean. Do you know what these things do to seals not to mention people? Oh, it's all fun and games until cub jr. grows up and starts developing a taste for human arms and legs! Comments?

Cub jr. is licking their arms now cause he's got baby teeth. He'll remember what we taste like when he's older! :) He'll have adult teeth then! :)

I guess what I'm trying to say is that maybe they should just return it to the wild? I dunno. After all it's just a baby. Not like it could fend for itself?

Do you think that little baby polar bear is the only polar bear in a zoo, anywhere? And think that nobody will know how to take care of him when he gets older?

There are thousands of polar bears in zoos. I am sure that the zoos have learned how to take care of them.

He sure is a cute little guy, isn't he?

do no longer worry, Knut can not be placed down. If something, he has captured the hearts of the final public of Berliners and he has grow to be particularly the vacationer charm. He made his first visual charm to the conventional public some days in the past along with his handler, Thomas Doerflein. That strange remark from the animals rights activist did the different result - it created a wave of sympathy and help for little Knut. Who knows, possibly Knut will help in making human beings extra conscious suitable to the plight of all polar bears and their endangered habitat. Now it particularly is a theory!
