My so called best friend and I have recently started hanging out with another girl. The past two weeks my "BFF" has been treating me very poorly. We stayed the night at her house and had to go home. I told her my ride was coming to get me and they left me at her house alone. She didn't even wait till my ride got there.

This past weekend the other girl asked me to buy her a pack of cigarettes and I didn't because I think cigarettes are harmful and told her if she chose to be a smoker I wasn't gna support her habit. She got mad and they both completely ignored me for the rest of the night. They didn't even come in my house for over an hour after we got home. So I locked them out and they broke in and took thier stuff and left.

I really don't know if I should be friends with them because I don't see why they would shut me out just because I didn't buy them something.

You did the right thing. If you didn't feel comfortable with buying them cigs. that's ok.
I'm 32 and out of all the friends I had when I was younger I have stayed best friends with only 2 for over 15yrs. One of them sleeps around on her husband all the time and has a tendency to think she's better than anyone else(sometimes even me). I don't agree with adultry so our friendship mainly consist of talking 1 or 2x's every 6months or so just 2 make sure everything's ok. My 2nd bf is a heavy pot smoker. I don't smoke it so we very seldom hang out but talk on the phone every week or 2. 1 thing that keeps us best friends is that I know if I need them they are always there for me and visa versa and our loyalty to each other is unbreakable. This might be a time when you need to stand your ground and let your friend go so she can choose her own path. Just be there for her when she needs you and she'll either learn to do the same for you or she'll completely go her own way. If that's the case then she wasn't good enough to be your friend in the first place.

You all need to have a talk and if they are still acting mean to you then I would say no. I'm sorry that they are acting that way towards you; but you can find better friends that will respect and appreciate you. Good Luck!

you shouldn't be friends with them. it was the right thing to do to not buy them cigarettes. you dont deserve people like that. and breaking an entry is breaking a federal law. they could be sent to jail for that. you should really tell someone.
