Everyone is recommending YouTube, but I wouldn't recommend that since they are taking down as many licensed anime as possible, and banning users at a rapid pace.

Rather than watch on video streaming sites, which seem to be pretty low quality usually, I would recommend downloading. You can download an episode, watch it, and then delete it. Downloading unlicensed anime is legal, so it's all good.

Some sites I would recommend to direct download free anime would be:

anime-me.com (lots of episodes coming soon)
animenuke.com
anime-alliance.com
shareparadise.net
himura-kaoru.com

Those aren't really that good of sites that have every single thing, but if you are interested in downloading, then you are welcome to contact me and I'll try to help you find what you want.

You can watch anime on:
http://www.youtube.com
http://www.gofish.com
http://www.vidiac.com
http://www.vidilife.com
Some good anime I recommend are Naruto, Bleach, Blood Plus, Inuyasha, and Fruit Basket. Hope that was helpful.=]
