Well I have been giving her advice on it all and she likes him more and more everyday but the thing is I wish it was me giving her advice!!
I wanna know how I could tell her how I feel about her??

Don't do anything about it, cuz you won't win. Find a new friend cuz you ain't gonna see her much. Watch the movie 16 candles and cry. In that movie the girl was supposed to choice her dorky friend over the hot guy but they changed the last scene in a re-shoot for the movie. Why? Because they showed it to a test audience of teenage girls and they HATED that she picked her dorky best-friend and not the cool guy. It's unrealistic. Truth is if she felt the same for you, it would have happened by now. Women decide quickly if they would or could ever sleep with you, and they stick to that. I'm sorry man. It happened to me to. You should learn to play guitar and write some kick *** songs about what you are about to go through.

Worrying will just screw up you and the situation. Just find your self confidence and ask her out or tell her how you feel about her. Try not to plan everything out. That will just make you nervous. Figure out what she likes to do the most. And take her out. Be her friend.....real friend. And, take your time. If the chemistry is there between the two of you, things should happen naturally. Nobody is "more cool" than you, and, you're not "more cool than anyone else. Everyone is an individual. Just be yourself dude. Be natural!! Don't keep beating your head against the wall. Well you definitely don't want to hurt your relationship with your friend by doing something horrid.Try to find out things that might disgust her that he may possibly do.Find out things about him,maybe he already has a girlfriend,you never know!But if none of this works,just tell her,just say that you really like her give her flowers or something and take her out to dinner or something,well that depends on how old you are.Don't change yourself,but try to act something that she likes,try to fit the descriptions of her "perfect guy",dress a tad bit "cooler" and say things that are funny are smooth [etc.]

Tell one of her girlfriends how you feel and how it's killing you to give her advice on this "cooler guy". She will get the message and you will either be in or out.

ah, the friend likes best friend but best friend likes other guy situation. yes.. it happens to the best of us. first of all, I think as a best friend, even though you have feelings for her, you should support her. It may be so, so hard, but having her know that you support her is already one big thanksgiving. By supporting her, you're already one step ahead of that cooler guy... and hey you know what... one day sooner of later, she'll realize how loving you've been to her.. and voila!
So hang in there! There's a place and a time for everything!

Too late slugger you might as well be a girl to her. You are her friend and now its illegal to have any form of romantic feelings for you. She will continue to go out with losers for about 20 years until her looks start to fade and then maybe you have a shot.

You have to make this other guy she likes seem like a jerk, or make have him do something mean. She will emotionally damaged and come crying to her best friend, which is you.
