Yes! All the time, especially with family because my family can be loud and embarrasing. We have actually gotten kicked out of Wal*Mart before...it's sad really.

When I am in a hurry or don't feel I look my best then I will
avoid anyone I don't want to get into a conversation with. If I
look great and in a real good mood then I never see anyone

Ohmigosh, yes!! It was a former roommate who was always short on money. He found me and asked if he could crash at my place "for a few days." He left 3 months later. 'Nuff said.
