I am a mother and I have cleaned a many of shoes. The only way to clean white stitching on leather shoes is a toothbrush and westly's bleachwhite. It is a miracle cleaner...

This probably will sound strange to you, but I recommend a toothbrush and toothpaste with a whitening agent. I have used common ordinary Colgate in the past, and it was satisfactory for my needs. If that brand does not suit you, perhaps you could try Rembrandt.

only thing i can think of is to tell u to use a bleaching paste and let it sit on them or mix bleach n water n a bottle grab ya tooth brush and scrub -

just throwing this out but i am pretty sure that you can use bleach, or color bleach if you want to be safe!
