i always know what I want.
Well almost always know what to do
I never change my mind.
well i guess sometimes i do.
But hardly ever, ya i pretty much stick to things.
most of the time.

Well, it took me 5 minutes to decide to answer this question.... (just kidding!) I'm occasionally indecisive about things I don't have an opinion about. For example, where I want to eat tonight. However, like you, I do procrastinate entirely too much!

It varies depending on the topic or subject. But usually I can make a decision given the proper amount of time.
