What is the optimum torrent program?

I like uTorrent but I find that it often crashes my whole system (I'm running XP). Other torrent software like bitcomet is banned on many trackers. What do you like and what is the most stable torrent program

I'd suggest you try Azureus or Ares. I've used these two without problem.
