I hand make my own pizza’s! Only fresh, hand cut ingredients…..
Traditional;
Thin crust (hand tossed)
Marinara (Chunky homemade)
Four Cheese blend (Sharp Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Monterey Jack and Asiago)
Pepperoni (thick slice)
Canadian bacon (thin sliced)
Hickory smoked bacon (chopped)
Ham (cubed)
Red Onions (finely chopped)
Black olives (sliced)
Portobello mushrooms (thinly sliced)
Chives (minced)
Topped with Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cook for 40 minutes or until crust is crisp
Southwestern BBQ Chicken Pizza;
Thin crust (hand tossed)
BBQ sauce (homemade, don’t ask, secret recipe)
Four cheese blend (see above)
Grilled marinated chicken breast
Red Onions (medium chopped)
Jalapeno Peppers (sliced)
Serrano Peppers (sliced)
BBQ sauce (a few drops evenly distributed)
Topped with Mozzarella cheese
Preheat BBQ pit to 400 degrees
Place two 3’ bricks (standard building brick) directly on the grill to support the cooking pizza pan.
Cook for 35 minutes or until crust is crisp.
Enjoy!
(Marinated chicken for at least 8 hours before grilling. Marinade for the chicken can be your own recipe or use an oil base Italian dressing with a little cayenne pepper added)

mushrooms and pepperoni or hawaiian. ooooo yummy!!!!! And it has to be from the right place. Last night I went to this pizza buffet with the sickest pizza in the world. all the ingredients were fake and plasticy. it was sick. please do not go to doc's pizza buffet.

Just plain cheese. If its a gralic pizza then just plain garlic. I like it simple, always more tasty like that to me.
