i have a godaddy account how do i build a web page?

i have bought the dot com I want. hOW do I set it up with the things I want on it without spending any more money...

i want to put websites on it that i already have as a link.

unfortunately, you should have planned this out before you bought the domain. you need a program like Dreamweaver or FrontPage to edit webpages.
