I used to beable to wake up easily feeling energized and ready to exercise and workout before I went to work. Now a days I will throw my alarm clock across the room, and I wake up 30 minutes before I go to work. And now a days when I get home, Im too tired to do anything at all. Dont know what to do, and I go to bed with plenty of time to sleep, so its not a need for sleep. What can I do?

Im not depressed, anymore anyhow, but from when I wake up to when I go to sleep I feel grogy all day. There are no energy supplements that work for me anymore, and coffee gives me wicked gas, already tried that one.

Several things could be going on here:

1. You could be depressed and "demotivated".
2. You could have allergies, which make you feel sleepy. Fluid builds in your head and you may have post-nasal drip. This can make you feel sleepy all the time. Believe me, I'm going through it right now, as are many, many people in North Texas due to the pollen count.
3. You could have an allergy to some kind of food. When I found out I had an allergy to milk and stopped drinking milk and avoided milk products, my sleepiness went away. It was due to an allergic reaction which caused fluid to build in my head and made me feel sleepy.

Hope this helps!

you seem to be overworked or overstressed....
no ammount of sleep will cure that.
try to take breaks during the day..even little ones..to just get out of the office and walk.
try to listen to soothing music...
have you tried exercise..or yoga?....
it truly helps...
hope you feel better....

Talk to a doctor.
