Hey boys don't think that Mexico gets drunk everybody, if you're mexican, and you have 15 years old, it's really hard to buy some alcohol, but with the turist it's different, it's true that you can always find your way to sneak out into a club if you're underage ( well at least you have to be 15 or 16 years old and look older), with women are easier but that's all theres no child filled bars or clubs. Fiscalizacion it's an organism that makes sure that clubs and bar's don't let underage boys to be in there, and if they caught bars with underage people inside they can even close the establishment, so isn't that easy when you're not a gringo lol, americans can even get in the clubs wearing shorts, and tenis shoes, but thats not the way it ussually works.

There is no age limit but some towns are small so people know each other and the little ones do not usually drink it they are buying for relatives that are older be careful if you are young because if you are an american and the police can tell they will bust you and hope that you bribe them with your money, all mexicans think all americans are rich

Well part of it depends on where you go in Mexico. The legal drinking age is 18 but it's not always strictly enforced. I went to University in San Diego and we used to cross the border into Tijuana. The clubs there did strictly enforce the drinking age because so many Americans were coming over on a nightly basis. But I've also been to other parts of Mexico that weren't so close to the US border and I found the enforcement of drinking age laws to be MUCH more relaxed.

I've also noticed that they are less likely to question your age if you are with your family when ordering drinks, especially at meal times. I believe it is thought that if your parents are with you and are OK with you drinking, then they don't mind serving you alcohol.

It is possible if you LOOK LIKE 18 or older, and as you Americans usually look older than us (acording to our standars, I'm not insulting you, it's just that u r a bigger and yeah, let's fec it, more beautiful race.), I guess it's possible to see a 15 year old american tottaly drunk in a bar.
Our teenagers usually don't drink untill they r 18. But as I said it's a matter of how old u actually look. They usually try to figure what your age is before asking you for an ID.
