Well, I love vegetables. Mmmm.... Man, I love them. My co-workers call me "veggie boy", just because I came in ONCE with carrots and broccoli!! But, I'm not a vegetarian. I like meat too much for that. I'd like to become a vegetarian for a while, to see what it's like, and to cleanse my body. I've even heard vegetarians, ahem... taste better ;p excuse my french. And, I believe that to be true since the chlorophyll in plants, that make them green, are natural odor eaters. But I find it much to difficult to eat only vegetables. Meat is all around, and I don't have much money, so I buy cheap food, and I get my lunch as fast as possible to keep a short break. I have yet to see a fast food vegetarian restaurant with a dollar menu.

Human beings have evolved to eat meat. If you are going to be a vegetarian then you need to get iron and protein from somewhere. Take a multivitamin and eat things like peanut butter and tofu. Drink soy milk. My sister is a vegetarian and to be honest she is too pale and way too skinny. (98 pounds, 5'7'') I don't know if that has to do with being a vegetarian or not, but I wouldn't doubt it.

Not me, but my friend is. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it, but if you do, make sure you get an alternate source of protein and the other stuff you miss from not eating meat...My friend doesn't get enough protein so her hair looks SO bad...

Nope. Legumes have protein. I don't know if it is a more healthy diet but I do know its not unhealthy. I've also found that women are more likely to follow a vegetarian diet than men but I'm not sure why.
And Hi!

i'm non-veg because of the fact my mothers and dads have been non-veg. yet now when I examine a assertion of LORD BUDHHA , I even have very very nearly stopped eating non-veg. LORD BUDHA reported--- U have taken thousands and thousands of rebirths on the planet. such a number of cases those lambs or pigs or poultry have been ur father, mom uncles or babies. Why to consume flesh of ur mothers and dads etc.? Swami Ramdev explains -- whilst u get indignant , u start up sweating, start up trembling etc, whilst u are afraid , u start up sweating , trembling etc. Why ? because of the fact there r secretions of harmones etc. interior physique. So u can understand how many undesirable secretions ensue whilst an animal is killed . eating certainly one of those flesh is particularly undesirable for psychological well-being. Now u see such a number of swine/cow/poultry -flu etc are spreading through animals. besides Nature has not made us to consume non-veg. because of the fact a non-veg eating animal has very long gut to digest it yet v have small one. V have not got teeths like tiger. All non-veg eater animals drink water via tongue yet v drink like cow.
