I applied to a graduate school and I want to become a Residence Advisor to cover the cost of living.
Would getting this position interrupt my studies?

Thank you

It would be nice to hear from people, who actually did it!

You will have duty through the week and some weekends and you have be available to take another RA's place if they have to switch duties. It won't interrupt your studies since you work at night. You'll know what's on the job when you apply and you have to pay attention to all things in training so you know what to do. You'll have a weekly pay, but depends on the school whether you get living costs covered.
