Using a noun as a verb is not that uncommon, even if many purists frown upon it.

gullies is the plural of gully which is a noun.

have you ever tried to gully anything - I don't think so

so in answer to your question it is not possible to use the word gullies as a verb - at least not in english

Well now that wasn't easy. I could make lots of sentences using gullies but as a verb - that wasn't easy at all.

I've tried and tried. Think a fifth grader could answer this, but not me.
