I would never fight over that type of thing. I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, am very fit and I enjoy fighting. Only a few days ago, a man who I had never met tried to bait me into a fight by calling me every nasty name he could think of. He had no way of knowing that he was way in over his head.
But that kind of thing has never bothered me. Had he attacked me, I would have been forced into a fight. But lacking that, I don't want any of the hassle of the follow-up events. The police will come. The guy may be hurt seriously. He may very well be a decent guy aside from our little conflict. Plus I don't want to risk my savings in a possible lawsuit.
There really is no benefit to engaging in a fight. Regardless of how competent of a fighter one is, there is always the possibility of losing. A twisted knee or a little back problem during the fight can turn an easy rout into a loss. And the benefit of winning the fight is only that you'll satiate your rage in the near term. Over the longer term, you'll regret having engaged in the fight

No. I do not believe violence is a solution to any conflict or argument. I believe in peaceful ways of resolving disagreements and it has worked very well for me. I prefer to keep out of jail and with all of my tissues and bones intact. Also, I would not want to harm anyone - we are all adults and there are better ways of overcoming our differences.

No only if they were in my face but if people are talking about me I'd make sure they hated me worse than they already do.

no. I wouldn't care unless it was someone who had claimed to be my friend and I trusted them.
If it was not a friend I wouldnt give a crap what they say because their oppinion means nothing to me.

depends on who it was... if they're a successful pit fighter, no.
If they're a frail b*tchy waif, definitely.
