Well I was thinking that jack would be clumsy enough to accidentally beat Spiderman but Spider man has spider senses so.

I'm not sure that's a fair contest, Spider man would lick(beat) Jack Sparrow, but i don't want to watch because I love both characters.

They're both kind of underdogs aren't they?? Personally i think Captain Jack would create a distraction and run away while spidey was preoccupied... not much of a fight there... more like a series of elaborately coordinated accidents.
