I would guess that your uncle probably had a violent death maybe in a car accident or something. Certainly nothing like a heart attack. Caskets show only from the waist up unless you are in Pennsylvania where many use the "full couch" casket which shows the whole body. Other states may have this same custom. As far as the milk shake, I bet your uncle loved them! Maybe his favorite summer treat when your aunt and he would go for a Sunday drive. I'm sure she misses him and has somehow had a dream kind of mixing it all together. Call your aunt and ask if I'm close?

Death
To dream about the death of a loved one, suggests that you are lacking a certain aspect or quality that the loved one embodies. Ask yourself what makes this person special or what do you like about him. It is that very quality that you are lacking in your own relationship or circumstances. Alternatively, it indicates that whatever that person represents has no part in your own life.

Coffin
To see a coffin in your dream, symbolizes the womb. If the coffin is empty, then it suggests that you are having some irreconcilable differences.

To see a body in a coffin, signifies that you will be going through a period of depression. You may feel confined, restricted and lack personal freedom. There may be a dead or decaying situation or issue in your life and this dream is calling attention to it. It is time to end this situation or relationship.

Torso
To notice yours or someone else's torso in your dream, represents an emphasis on your feeling and emotions. It also symbolizes pride and confidence.

Blood
To see blood in your dream, represents life, love, and passion as well as disappointments. If you see the word "blood" written in your dream, then it may refer to some situation in your life that is permanent and cannot be changed.

Milk
To see milk in your dream, symbolizes maternal instincts and motherly love. It also denotes human kindness, wholesomeness, and compassion for new acquaintances. If you spill milk in your dream, then it symbolizes a loss of faith, opportunity, and trust. It may also indicate that your friends will cause you much temporary disappointment and unhappiness.

The short answer is that only your Aunt knows the meaning to this dream. Dreams are thoughts that develop in the subconcious. As you sleep these thoughts are replayed in your dreams. Each dream contains symbols. These symbols represent part of the thought stored. Contrary to popular belief symbols are not universal. They are specific to each individual. Dreams may not represent one linear thought process. It may contain many fragments of different thoughts put together into one dream. These are the weird ones. The trick to figuring out a dream is to dissect the dream into as many different fragments as necessary. Then try to associate them with the dreamer. To me the dream says that your Aunt is still mourning her husbands death. The blood may represent the type of death that he suffered. Read this as a (Bad experience). The milk shake may have been something that he liked. Read this as (Good experience). Overall the subconcious is trying to provide a coping mechanism to the dreamer.

Dreaming of someone who is deceased, represents that we have actually come to terms with the death & that we are ready to move forward. Her husband has appeared in her dream as it is his way of letting your aunt know that everything is going to be alright, & that its time to let him go.

Talk to your aunt, she knows, or can guess. Her's are the only ideas that count. If she doesn't want to think about it, drop it.
