I think that marriage should be man and wife taking an equal role. One should not be dominate over the other. It could be disastrous in the event that the dominate one becomes disabled plus a marriage was meant to be a partnership not a dictatorship.

I firmly agree. In every ship there is one captain. But at the same time, with that come much responsibility. The man should always put his wife ahead of his own interests and love her and cherish her.

My boyfriend and I are pretty even in the decisions we make and no one really "wears the pants". We compromise if we disagree.
