Real texans know how to make steak. Put some garlic butter sauce on top of the steak. Fix a baked potato loaded with all of the topings.. butter, sourcream, cheese, bacon bits, chives, etc. And you need some good bread.. garlic bread is good.

Foreget a t bone.. all real steak eaters know ribeye has the most flavor.

Man, that Centurion guy below me knows what he's talkin about! I forgot the corn on the cob!!

I use a Teriyaki marinade on my steak then when I cook it I add some mushrooms and onions. I will also make you a baked potato to go with it. You can have a choice of butter, sour cream, cheese, or bacon bits for your potato. I hope you enjoy. Oh I almost forgot to ask how would you like your steak cooked?

I am a master griller. A ribeye, marinated for 8 hours, grilled to perfection with a side of sauteed mushrooms. Grilled onions on top. Oh, let's not forget a baked potato with all the fixin's and an ear of grilled corn on the cob! Before we even get to the steak, a skewer of shrimp enbrouchettes as an appetizer. To top it all off, one of my home made New York style cheese cakes about 4" deep with some fruit on top!
