Is the name " Marjan" an Arabic name? Is it for girls or boys?

boy, but it is ancient. I have not heard about anyone called Morjan excpet in historic movies and it was not an egyptian name, perhaps more of gulf states.

Morjan is an arabic name not marjan if it is morjan it is a name of boy

so it is an arabic name for boys
and it is some kind of diamond
but Marjan not an arabic name at all

If you means "Morjan" it's Arabic name for male. It's a name for a precious stone.
If you mean Marjan and you pronounce it like "Marian" it's for female and not Arabic.

Morjan means Coral, yes it's Arabic, and I guess it's for girls.
