Is it okay to take Uristat while on the antibiotic Bactrim?

I have a diagnosed urinary tract infection and wanted to know if it was okay to take Uristat while on Bactrim because I still have some discomofrt and it is hard to go to school when I feel like peeing constantly.

It is entirely safe to mix the two together. Uristat just acts to stop the muscle spasms of your bladder that are causing the discomfort. So, go ahead and take both. You may want to wear a minipad while you're taking Uristat, because it stains everything dark orange.
