i was very mean to guy @ my play because i liked him, but he didnt like me, he just wanted to be my friend. i was thinking about sending him a letter (mail, not email) apologizing for my behavior, and saying that i dont like him anymore, and he is my friend. im worried that his parents will open it and read it, then i will get in trouble....what to do? please answer soon!

Hey, take it easy! If this guy is so great all will be ok. Even if he does want to be your friend only. Sending the letter to him might make hime feel weird about you. Best way to deal with something like this is face to face. Just be cool about it though. Guys don't like to be rushed. Maybe over a burger you can tell him how you feel without getting too mushy. Good Luck!

I wouldn't send him a letter. Just forget about him and find yourself a new friend. Even if you apologize to him the relationship will never be the same. I'm sure you can find another friend and start over.

Sounds like a better thing for email. A personal letter is to romantic and personal. A phone call, text, or email is better and more friendly. Snail mail is for love letters.

a boy wanting to be your friend is a good thing because we all know that being "friends" leads to a more serious relationships. So don't get your hopes up about that****
but as far as you being mean to him i think you should apologize in person and don't tell him you don't like him so that when he do came out the "friends stage" he will not be afraid to ask you out!!!!!!!!

You should remember what you wrote in the letter and say it to his face. Letters are good for some things but its always better to look into someones eye and say something if you mean it. Theres no paper trail either.

why cant you send it through email? well if you should definently send a letter so that the whole situation wont bother you anymore. if anything just give it to him in person or slip it in his bag.

just send him the letter, why would you get in trouble for that? his parents would prolly think it was sweet to think about him and feel sorry about how you acted...and chances are they wouldn't be reading his mail in the first place.

Apologize to him over the phone. If he wants to be your friend again, he won't mind.

You can apologize to him for being mean and say you hope you can be friends. That's enough
