Actually, that judges point of view makes sense. The men who were arrested for graphically discussing child pornography online were convicted felons. Felons don't have the same rights as everyone else, even after they've served their time.

I'm not really a fan of censorship either, but discussing your crimes over the internet isn't free speech- it's stupid. Whatever you say can, and will, be used against you in a court of law. That isn't a violation of free speech.

They have built many new prisons for some damned reason. They are fully staffed supposedly, but not yet being used . Well, I tend to agree with the one that mentioned licensing to have one. I think that the internet will end up a rich mans toy that dont know how to use it, etc. They will start charging or something ,eventually. Get as much of the truth as you can NOW, so that later when they do all this charging, we can just live life without the internet. It will be better then anyway, we will already know what we are facing as far as the future goes. Freedom of Speech can be violated on here by anyone breaking into your computer. I have a hard time believing they will be able to charge anyone with all the viruses, and violations into peoples computer going on. I have had emails say weird, very weird things from some viruses I have had.

I haven't seen any personally, so I am still holding this one at arm's length, but have you checked out the reports of FEMA-operated barbed-wire-fence-surrounded camps? I have seen purported photographs, but like I said, I cannot personally attest to their veracity. However, it certainly is in keeping with FEMA's history (recall the news video tape of FEMA soldiers marching through the wealthy side of New Orleans, taking the homeowners from their homes, handcuffing them, and seizing their weapons which, incidentally, were the only thing these people had to protect themselves and their homes from looters).
