1. name "tops". kind of food- rice/noodle with toppings. crossing asian and western influences.
2. name "appetite". kind of food- tapas or appetizers. small dishes as main focus. also entrees made into small portions so you can try different dishes in one dinning experience. also no ethnic boundaries.
