antivirus shouldn't pick it up as it doesn't work with spywares. what about an antispyware, maybe you need to update it more often? new parasites are created everyday, so you can't be over protected. however, if your anti-spyware won't erase spylocked after definitions update, try this spy locked removal: http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-spylocked.html
good luck!

SpyLocked displayed a system alert on my computer and I was getting redirected to www.spylocked.com. SpyLocked aslo kept saying that I was infected with spyware and that I needed to download their SpyLocked product in order to remove the supposed spyware. I downloaded SpyLocked (fake antispyware software) thinking it could remove the spyware that was on my computer. I didn't know any better.
Luckily, before I messed up the whole system, I downloaded a real antispyware program that scanned my computer and actually removed SpyLocked.

It is good that you have a virus and spyware protection but maybe you don't update those programs permanently? The other thing why your spyware program can't catch such a nasty rogue anti-spyware like SpyLocked can be that this spyware program is one of the newest. I suggest you to try manual SpyLocked removal (http://www.spywareremove.com/removeSpyLocked.html). Hope it will solve your problem.

SpyLocked is a Dangerous fake antispyware software and it is update version of SpyDawn. SpyLocked is a variant of Trojan.Zlob. SpyLocked display a fake warning message to purchase the paid version of SpyLocked.
SpyLocked also displays a fake warning alert with flashing icon on your system tray. A Pop up balloon warning messages claiming that your PC is infected. For example : "Critical System Error", "Your computer is
infected", "System Alert", "Security Alert", Trojan-Spy.win32@mx", "Virus Alert", "Security Alert" or
"Spyware.Cyberlog-X".
I got all these information from this site and you can also check it. There you can also get the complete manual and Automatic removal.

you don't have spyware/adware protection or virus protection on your computer. you can only scan for these when you get some on your computer. run your spyware removal tool and your antivirus program.

You probably have the free version, and they want you to pay, so they have changed your homepage to their buy page.
Either buy it, or uninstall it.
