I just answered this question about an hour ago, so I hope you don't mind when I copy/paste the same answer, because it pertains to your question!
Apply a little bit of everything in moderation and you'll look fabulous! Here's how I do it:
1. Wash face with a gentle cleanser. Tone. Moisturize with a lightweight moisturizer. And since you are just starting, it is important to maintain that healthy skin care routine so you won't suffer from (anymore) breakouts!
2. Apply foundation with fingers using light feathery strokes from the inside of your face (near nose) towards your hairline. I use Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse- it helps provide that matte look without looking overdone in the slightest (I have oily skin, so it works out great for me). You can try other sheer foundations or tinted moisturizers...whatever you fancy. Just keep it light and natural however. It's better to get something light, because you can layer it for more coverage later on, and still keep it looking fresh and real!
3. Dab on concealer slightly over problem areas and apply a very thin layer of foundation over it if it looks uneven or "caked".
3b. I also use undereye concealer for those times when I've had sleepless nights (exams!) and I look worse than a racoon come morning. It considerably brightens up/ "wakens" the eye area.
4. Set foundation and concealer with translucent loose powder.
5. I apply a light dusting of blush on the apples of my cheeks (smile big!), just enough to give me some color. Less really is more with this product! For a more natural look, try a bronzer that matches your skin shade instead of a blush.
6. A very thin line of eyeliner on my lower and upper lids. If you find eyeliner too much, just put on one coat of mascara on upper lashes only. It will really pop your eyes open and make you look gorgeous! Some eyeshadow if I'm feeling fancy; if not, my light layer of foundation generally does a wonderful job on its own.
7. Either some great lip balm (un/tinted) or lipgloss, and I'm ready to waltz out!!!
Hope that helps :)
And makeup application is really all about practice. It took me two years to finally get it right. Just try it out on weekends at first or just when you're home. See the results- if you like, go for it! Don't like? Practice some more and you'll be a beauty diva in no time!

You can look up lots of things online about putting on makeup. One thing I learned is that when you are putting on your foundation, you want to rub it outward. Like start on the inside and rub it towards your ears in that direction. And don't rub under your eyes, just dab it. Always use a light yellow or light pink conceler for under your eyes and blend it in with your skin tone, this will widen your eyes and brighten them up very noticeably. Your blush color should look like the color of your cheeks after you get done exercising. Make your lips into the shape of an O and then put on your blush according to your cheekbones. Never match the color of your foundation by the top of your hand, because that is usually to light. Hold it up to your face, without makeup on, and compare it that way.

the best thing to do when putting on make-up is to try to look as natural as possible, yet still kinda look like you put on make-up b/c then you would have done all that for nothing. ....anyway here are the steps I take when putting on makeup
1. Eyeliner-if your REALLY light skinned, it's best you use a brown or gray...if you have darker/tanned skin, use a darker color.
2. Eyeshadow-**remember**=Medium on the bottom part of eyelid, then darker shade above that, then lightest shade above the darker one....-also NEVER match w/ you clothes. Use colors that enhance you eye color.
3. Make-up-start on your chin, that way you see if the color you have actually matches your skin color, Then just put in on all over you face..**but not too much, just enough to cover any flaws.
4. Mascara-Curl them first then apply the mascara.
**GOOD LUCK-HOPE I HELPED!**

well, you shouldn't go with too much. lipgloss, mascara, blush, and maybe eyeliner are pretty much the basics.
curl your eyelashes and apply some mascara. keep your hand steady and go from the base of your lashes, to the tip. a couple of strokes on each eye should be enough.
blush can be applied to ways: if it's actually a bronzer (which is for more formal occassions), you suck in your cheeks, and apply to the top in pretty straight strokes.
if it's blush, just smile and apply to the apples of your cheeks (your cheekbones). this makes it look like your naturally blushing.
hope that helped :-)

English has diverse the style of element. The shorter the verb, the greater possibly it particularly is to be of German extraction, and for this reason possibly for use with a preposition to offer a type of diverse meanings. placed, take, provide, make, run, bypass, come, take a seat ... that is part of what makes English so very versatile, yet this way of nightmare for foreigners learning it.

I would go to either Clinique or Aveda. They are very helpful, and won't pressure you into buying anything you don't want to buy. And they have fresh natural looking make-up, so you won't look like a clown...:)

Danica - if you go to the makeup counter at a good department store, they will guide you. Clinique is a good place to start for your age and they can also recommend excellent skincare products. Good Luck, I hope this helps.
