Do you believe Hillary, McCain and Obama are really reading our answers to their questions?
Or is YA! just being used (Smoke and Mirrors) to make it look like these people are really interested in what the people have to say?

ohbrother: No. I don't feel more inclined to vote for anyone just because they post a question on here. If anything I tend to feel insulted because I am one of those that thinks they aren't really reading the answers. They most likely just assigned some campaign person to the board for a time and in the end everyone will get some sort of "Cut and paste" response from the politician, saying the same thing they say in front of the cameras or on the radio. This forum is no different than any other, though it may fool the answerer into thinking they are actually having a "heart to heart" or a "one on one" with the candidate.

No, I do not believe that presidential candidates actually post questions on Yahoo. I do believe that their "handlers" will post questions, surveys, and release propagada in order to get into the hearts and minds of voters.

There has continuously been 'mudslinging' for the period of campaiging however the blatant mendacity began truly whilst the 'speedy-Boat' vets got here out and reported those issues approximately him. It grew to become into later found out that they have been paid off and all liars. What dishonorable adult men! And un-American! i'm no Kerry fan, have faith me on that, however the slander that went on in want of two adult men who did not even honorably serve their united states ( Cheney a 5 time draft dodging coward and Bush, a no-teach and drunkard for the period of his so-called 'service' ) did not something helpful for this united states. that's a criminal offense to slander yet another individual to learn want or to wreck their recognition and this would desire to pass double for the period of Political campaigns the place the electorate of this great united states want info and honesty to make certain how they are going to vote. additionally do not forget that if the reality will bring about a loss, than some think of the only option are lies. we are able to all now see the place those lies have been given US over the final 7 years! extra lies!

Clinton could care less about what we want or think, she is doing her typical lying, and will have it her own way if she is elected. Only reason she might have some one on here, which is not really herself, is to poll and figure out what kind of more lies she needs to tell to sway more votes. As for as McCain, he is another flip flopper. Obama is of muslim descent, so in my book, they are all smoke and mirrors, and all deserve to be voted out, not in.

Politics is mostly smoke and mirrors.
We don't know for sure that the questions posed on TA were actually from the named candidates. This is cyberspace and the line between reality and fiction is very blurry.

No. Politicans just look to line their pockets. No politican represents or cares about the average American. I earned the right to vote on 1972, voted every election since. But now, I am so sick of these money hungry crooks, I doubt I will vote ever again.

I really believe that it is smoke and mirrors. They can use our answers in their political campaign and feign interest.
Politicians want to tell the sheeple what they want to hear plain and simple.
Politicians have two goals get into power and stay there

The CIA is probably collecting our information based on our responses HA! I hope that they are going to listen to the will of the people this time, the US has to be an example of healthy democracy if it is going to evangelize it.

No, I don't believe they really read them. I don't have that much faith in politics or politicians. They're too busy kissing butts to get more money for their campaigns to even notice what's really important.
Sorry to whomever I may have offended, but its only my opinion.

Politicians, basically are "used-car-salesmen". They tell you what you want to hear not the truth nor what they intend to do once they are elected to a "secure" job.
For every one honest politician there are 10 or more who are liars and connivers.
Take it from there.
