I decided to sell my Remington Streamliner typewriter c1941, one of only 21,350 ever made. Since it's in such good condition, and worth between $500 and $700, I wanted to look at all my options before I rushed into putting on e-bay or something. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You might get a bad price on Ebay because they will be thinking about that heavy shipping cost. I'll bet an upscale antique store in your area would be interested. Or you could try to get full retail by advertising in an antique journal if there is one in your area. You could find one by googling.
