Fake owls. Real owls love to eat snakes. So do osprey and hawks, if you can find fake ones. One or two well placed ones oughta to the trick. Move them about once a week. Also, keep your grass short. If you live around fields, then it will be harder. Good luck.

snakes hate cats, so you need to get a cat or borrow one for a week or so.
