Everytime i try to open a web page it says "page cannot be displayed". i tried turning off the firewall all together but it still doesn't work. What's blocking the access to the internet?

Go into Internet Explorer Options, and delete all history, temp files, history....everything, on the Options front page. Retry. Still not working? Get a good antivirus, and scan your system, and as a last resort, go and get Opera, or Firefox.

Try opening different web sites - if it happens with all of them then you might try rebooting your computer. If it's only one site then there may be a problem with that site - down server, etc.

probably u are working office or it is a virus
