REM means "Rapid Eye Movement". The only example I can give you is, when your'e watching someone else sleep, and you see their eyes twitching, and rolling, that's REM. It's a stage you go through, when you're dreaming. I know that's not a very good description, but if you type in your search bar or do a Google search," REM Sleep", they have alot of sites you can go to, that will give you a much better explanation about it. Sorry I couldn't help more! I hope these sites, that come up, help you get, the information you need!
