Yes, and it's going to get worst as time goes by. As for being gutless...well I'm not sure what to say, I think gutless is in the eye of the beholder. Some people think that standing my ground and going up against people with more authority than I takes guts, then just keeping quiet and working within the means takes guts. I feel powerless and lost in the land yes...as for being gutless, no.
