How can you clean the makeup sponge applicator of your powder foundation?

Putting them in the washing machine in a lingerie bag - or soaking them with some anti-bacterial tablets and oxygen powder - could work.

Just with warm soapy water, then wrap in a towel

You might try MAC brush cleaner.. it's for brushes but I think it would work for sponges, too.

ummm rise with water and dry out but if they r cheap then just buy a new 1

use your face cleanser under running water.
