I am having a problem with my iPod (30G Video). I will be playing music, & the screen will freeze in the middle of a song. The song will play all the way through, but the screen never changes. I can't skip forward or backward or even stop it. I can reset it, but I shouldn't have to reset it as often as I have had to. Any ideas of what may be going on or what I can do to fix this
problem? TIA!

The iPod Video has alot of problems with freezing. Its caused because it has so many features cramped into a little player. You can just get a new one by going to the apple store and they will replace it.

Maybe the hard drive is scratched, or your songs are corrupted. Try putting all the music off of it, and then reloading it back on from the computer.

if you have warranty i would take it back and show them cause then they would replace it with a new one!
