Well, that one may take a while in the Senate.

In the Islamic countries where they practice cutting off hands, stealing almost never happens.

I would suggest doing it in stages: the first time, they get jail time and they are given a warning--the little finger is cut off..

2nd time: a big red tattoo on top and bottom of their hand and their ring finger is cut off and triple the jail time.

3rd time: The hand gets cut off and they do triple jail time.

Plus they are banned from applying for SSI so that we don't support them.

Well, there would be a lot less stealing going on, but no. I don't think stealing merits hacking off body parts.

That would take a lot of musicians out of jobs now wouldn't it???? NO!!! I don't think that is a good idea!!!! have YOU ever stolen anything? if soi, would you want your hand cut off....???? According to your picture, you play the guitar.....wouldn't that be a tad more difficult than if you had two hands?????
