cause her eggs to develop, what happens to all the blood and waste that used to come out of her. Where does it go?

Well generally the uterus is what prepares for the egg... when the egg is not fertilized the uterus sheds its lining, which is what a period it. So if the uterus is not there, then I imagine there would be nothing to shed.

There is no blood and waste because there is no uterus.

Once your uterus is removed you no longer get your period

I don't think you still have your period when you get your uterus removed.. You are no longer fertile..

your Dr should have explained this to you
the overies where left behind so you dont go into
early menopause and get all emotional
there will be no blood flow
