1. Too many to list. Basically you have to have full sense and opposable thumbs.
2. What the hell? Recurit doesn't mean force you into military. It mean try to convince you to go into the military.
3. Why are you so paranoid? Well I guess you can go to Mexico where you can have a sewer lake, live in houses make out of cardboards and share it with bunches of nasty wild dogs and all kind of parasites. Avoid Canada though, they require mandatory two years service in the military. Many other countries require everyone to serve for certain amount of the time in military.
Or... You can always blind yourself or make yourself deaf or something.

If you don't want to join, then just tell them NO! I would not think less of you for doing this.
