If someone had these kinds of injuries; would you think A. they fell out backwards B. they jumped out backwards C. they jumped forward did a complete flip and caught themselves of their elbows, and sustain no frontal injuries?

They either fell backwards... or was dragged. If the abrasions look more like carpet burns rather than an impact injury, they were probably dragged.

none of the above make sense to me! Are trying to cover up a episode of abuse if yes you need help. If your trying to decipher what a person is giving you as an excuse for this kind of injury I am very suspicious to why.

I would say C, because if the others happened, then they may have had abrasions to their back as well.
