First of all, stop stressing!!! Whatever you washed away in the shower is excess sperm and would have come out either way. It doesn't matter how long you wait to go wash, because the sperm would go up instantly when he ejaculates. If you're meant to get pregnant you'll get pregnant, that's all there is to it.

After going through years of fertility, my Dr's have told me that holding your legs in the air is an old wives tale.

I wouldn't worry about the shower, it most likely didn't get washed out.

Just sit back and wait for the next 2 weeks and see what happens. Don't be discouraged if you don't get pregnant right away. Each cycle you have a 20% chance of getting pregnant. So it may take time.

Relax and enjoy your night! Good Luck!

Yes that is important, but it's for a half an hour, you shouldn't get up at all, and especially don't shower or pee, and something else that helps is to put a pillow under your butt while you're laying down for that half hour. And I heard on the news that if you eat a bowl of vanilla ice cream every day that helps women become more fertile.

It depends on if you douched/not. I was told that sperm will sit in your system for up to seven days, it travels up stream to locate the egg. So if you did it 2days in a row their is a chance that you may be. Get back on line and get on a baby site to get the information needed on contraception.

My dr said to wait at least 15 min before you get up so that the sperm has a better chance of making it where it needs to go without gravity fighting against it.

Its sounds like you are not trying to get pregnant, if you heard to wait and raise your legs and you did not do that. You can not wash semen out of you. I got accidently pregnant from my boyfriend (at the time) withdrawing before he had his orgasm. So be careful next time if you dont want to be pregnant.

the man shoots at a very fast rate, so what comes out, is just the leftovers that didnt go up. There's billions of them, you only need 1. so dont worry about that. you'll be just fine. and if it doesnt work, you get to try again!

If you are ovulating it does not matter if you wait 10min. or 15 min. you will get pregnant.. Then again it all depends.. You might have too wait and if you miss a period it is obvious that you are pregnant.. Good Luck to you...
