No that isn't normal. I'd say it is normal for single guys who aren't taken.

Hi Tracey - It is very normal and in fact part of sexual activity may include mutual masturbation where partners "take care of each other!" In those cases where either party may not want to have intercourse when the woman is on her period, she may manually satisfy her partner. Nothing wrong with it at all. Just good clean fun.

If what is taken? Not sure what " they " you are referring to. The man's testicles ? The man is in a relationship? Not sure what you mean by taken.
Either way...I see no concern or problem with a person masturbating. In the case that a person is in a relationship...maybe the person still has 'desires' that they want to 'release' with more than is available from their sweetie...if that is the case...I see no problem with that. Better to masturbate than seeking out another person.

Yes, masturbation is common and healthy for all men and women. Try it! It might make you feel better and realize that it's nothing in offense to you. It's just "getting off"...

It is very normal and it's nothing to worry about because nearly everyone does it. I think you ahouls ask him how much he does it and if it isnt that much than just do it for him whenever he usually does it. He would like it much better and probably wouldn't have to anymore if your doing it for him.

depends on age, and how much though.
early twenties and mid twenties guys masturbate less often...
if he is constently masturbating instead of having sex with you then it might be odd
