two wrongs will not make it right, that's the sad Truth, Most now days people are lawyer crazy, does money really replace what was lost from your spirit . Believe so much in -KARMA-, still hurt and grieving over 911, all the money and lawyers in this country cannot heal the wound, but some day, those in charge of the attack on America, will answerer and that helps keep me from going completely crazy

I have never been an advocate of revenge, but I suppose if you were to somehow justify it physiological warfare is great.

The best way to handle the situation is rarely if ever revenge. That is similar to sex, drugs and gabling. Instant gratification dose harm to your integrity. You will slowly deteriorate your soul. Be mature and talk about it or just pray for the person. Acceptance is the answer.

If they caused you severe emotional distress or affected your reputation within the community you could sue for emotional or punitive damages. In most states, the maximum you can ask for in these cases is 5000 dollars, but you really need a lot of evidence to prove your claim.
