hey there all.
just a question tell me what ya guys think.
i saw my midwife yesterday now buy my last period date i would be 27.1wks pregnant 2day, however i had a very early scan at 5.1wks that showed nothing but a abnormal genistation sack. i decided i didnt want any more scans as they make me fell uneasey and just cause stress whick isnt good for me or baby.
any way my question 2 you guys is what do you think it means if (midwife dates 27wks) (scan dates 26wks) but my tummy yesterday was measuring at 30 weeks genistation?? give me some ideas and has this been the case 4 n e one else with both my other pregnancys i was iether under a lil or right at the stage i was ment. i cant be any further on as i lost a baby at 20weeks the month before i got pregnant with this baby :)

Its normal - I always measured larger than I should have been - especially with subsequent pregnancies. My doctor told me when I was pregnant with my third that your uterus is larger from previous pregnancies. My babies were on the larger side (my biggest being 9lbs 9oz) but other than that it was fine.

All I can go by is my own experience....going by my last period they told me I was 20 weeks, going by the US, I'm 16 weeks, meaning I got pregnant the month I didn't have a period. The baby is big but I know that they're measurments put you within days of how far along you are. I have no idea but I'm hoping the more ultrasounds or scans that I get the more it will become obvious. Good luck to you and congrats!!!
