Well, I really don't think youre going to find a unanimous answer here. It really depends on your taste. And what do you mean by "out now"? It's like you might be expecting someone to say that what they think is the best song in the world hasn't been released yet.
And why are you not accepting country, jazz, or gospel? Variety is the spice of life!!!
My personal favorite song is "Let There Be Rock" [as it appeared on Live in Paris] by AC/DC (released in 1987)
