He wears 10 in the 2006 World Cup because every player have to hae one number. In friendlies the starting 11 gets the number from 1-11. If you notice that the jerseys in the friendlies have no name on them. He wore 7 maybe because he gave Kaka a chance to wear 10.

I don't think they were wearing their regular jerseys. Actually, their jerseys only had numbers and no names. Maybe they decided to use different numbers because it's only a friendly match? Just a guess.
If you go to eurosport.com and buy the Brazil jersey you'll see that Ronaldhino's number is 10 like you said but he wore number 7 in the friendly with Ghana. Kaka's number is usually 8 (I know because I have his Brazil jersey) but he wore 10 in the Ghana friendly. Robinho's number should be 18 but he wore 11. No one probably wore their regular number in that match.

panee(manutd4life) is partially wrong.. he does wear 10 for barca but in the wc he wore #10.. But yes, in the friendly against Chile, he wore 7 and no clue why... Maybe its cuz of Dunga.

Because the #7 means he is the best.
alot of great players wear the #7 such as Zidane.
The #10 is the second best!

cause some stupid people who are in charge with his image, think that nike are earning too much after the 10R line so they decided to cut their line of money! also dunga wants to stimulate dinho to work harder to regain his number,he wants the real ronaldinho!
